Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping:
    You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.
    To cancel, contact us via email or phone with your order number.
  • After Shipping:
    Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is accepted before shipping, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

 

Return Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of pickles, we do not accept product returns.
  • Please double-check your order and delivery address before checkout.

 

Damaged / Wrong Product Issues

We ensure secure packaging, but in rare cases:

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.
  • After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, as per your preference.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

  • Products returned without prior communication.
  • Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Personal dislike of taste or flavour (since taste is subjective).
